Royal Doulton "The Clown" HN 2890. This fun and vibrant figurine was designed by William K. Harper, and issued in 1979. It was retired in 1998. Figurine is in excellent, vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Colors are bright and sharp. A prized piece for any collector or clown lover. Made in England.
