Shipping policy

Shipping Costs - Canada
Shipping is free for all orders over $100, shipped to a Canadian address. 
For orders under $100, shipped to a Canadian address, the rate of $10 will apply. Shipping for multiple items is always combined. So, you will only ever be charged shipping for the first item in your order. 

Orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator, FedEx and DHL Courier or via Canada Post when shipping to Post Office Boxes. Parcels are insured and delivery should be within 4-6 Business Days of shipment date.

For larger, heavier or very fragile items being delivered within Canada, a shipping charge of $15.00 may be applied.

Shipping Costs - USA
A shipping rate of CDN 15.00 will be applied to all orders being shipped to the United States. Shipping for multiple items is always combined. So, you will only ever be charged shipping for the first item in your order. Orders will be shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel to USA. UPS, Purolator, FedEx and DHL Courier are also used for shipping. Delivery can be expected from 4 to 6 Business Days after ship date. Parcels will be insured. Any Duties/Taxes/Fees/Tariffs payable on the shipment will be the sole responsibility of purchaser.

International Orders
A placeholder shipping rate of $40.00 (CDN) has been included as a shipping option for international orders outside of Canada and the US.  This will allow international orders to be processed.  This rate will be adjusted upwards or downwards based on the actual cost of shipping once an order has been placed. You will be refunded for shipping that is lower or charged for shipping that is higher than this $40.00 placeholder. Parcels with shipping costs that are more than the placeholder rate will not be shipped without your prior agreement to the final shipping rate.
