This figurine measures approximately 9" (L) x 5-1/2"(H). Marked Beswick England in oval pattern. Excellent vintage condition, with no visible marks, chips or cracks. Some crazing is visible on the underside only, consistent with age. Circa 1936. This figurine was retired in 1983. Beswick is highly regarded for producing some of the worlds finest ceramic animal sculptures. Each piece is hand painted.
