This beautiful creamer jug and covered sugar bowl is part of a larger dinnerware set in the Indian Tree pattern by John Maddock & Sons. Made in England.  The covered sugar bowl is in excellent, vintage condition however, the creamer jug has two visible chips as shown in the photographs. 

This set appears to have been produced in the 1960's, when production ended, as shown by the backstamp.
