Matching pair of antique English cut glass liquor decanters. Circa 1800 - 1830. Bar bottle tags are each marked .925 Sterling from Roden Brothers, Toronto, Canada. 

Approximate Dimensions:

10-1/4" High, to top of glass stopper
15" in circumference
1.36 Kg, and 1.35 Kg weight

Rye label weighs 17 grams. Scotch label weighs 18 grams.

One mushroom shaped stopper is etched with number 3.  Decanter is also etched with number 3 on top lip. Has a small minor chip in the top of stopper and two small chips on the base of stopper.

The second mushroom shaped stopper has 3 significant chips in the top and a few smaller chips in the base. The second decanter is marked with an etched 42 on the top lip.

Ten panels are cut around the body of both decanters and ten pie shaped cuts in the base. No chips or cracks to either decanter. There are some age related use marks and scratches on both. 

Decanters have been evaluated and appraised.  Valuation certificated is available upon request. This listing is for both decanters.
