Returns
We make our best effort to accurately represent each item that you'll find for sale on this site. Please check the photos carefully and pay close attention to the description before purchasing. If you'd like more details about an item, please e-mail withapast@gmail.com and we'll be happy to elaborate or answer any questions you may have, to the best of our ability.
If after you receive your item you decide it isn't quite what you were looking for, you can return it within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of the original shipping. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
As all items on this site are either used, vintage or antique, and have been previously owned and used, there will often be some signs of use. While our perception of an antique item in excellent condition may well differ from yours, it's important to view all photos closely and ask for clarification via e-mail if you have questions or are unsure of an item, before completing your purchase.
We also make our best attempts to pack your purchase for shipping carefully, to minimize the possibility of damage or breakage in transit. If your item arrives to your destination with damage or is broken, please contact us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery, and let us know . Items are insured for loss or breakage and we'll need to provide relevant details to the carrier. Lost or broken items will be fully refunded, upon receipt of confirmation details from the buyer.
Our refund policy for lost or broken goods is 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund due to breakage, your item must be returned to "With A Past" in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
